Gaineswood Investment Management, Inc. manages money in separate accounts with a $100,000 minimum. Gaineswood Investment Management, Inc. is an independent investment adviser registered with the SEC. The company was founded in 1995. Gaineswood Investment Management, Inc. does not hold custody of customer funds.

GARP Research & Securities Co. is a broker-dealer and a member of the FINRA and SIPC. This affiliate commenced operation as an FINRA member firm in 2003, and is the only GARP affiliate that is able to offer securities to clients. GARP Research & Securities Co.'s core business is equity research for institutional clients. No commissions are paid from Gaineswood customer accounts to GARP Research & Securities Co. for research.

GARP Capital, LLC is the general partner for a private limited partnership for which Gaineswood Investment Management, Inc. is the investment manager.
